Homemade Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
This honey dijon vinaigrette is one of my favorite homemade salad dressings! It is so light and refreshing, but also so flavorful and delicious. The best part is it’s made with 8 simple ingredients that you most likely already have on hand. This homemade vinaigrette is sure to be a family favorite, and tastes so much fresher than store-bought salad dressings.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2-3 Tablespoons raw honey, or to taste
4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 fine sea salt
black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients until completely combined.
2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container
Notes
1. This honey-dijon vinaigrette will last up to a week if stored correctly in the fridge
2. I typically double this recipe and use throughout the week, sometimes triple!
3. I love using this lid for storing and pouring my salad dressing, you can just pour your salad dressing into a wide mouth mason jar, and pour it out without any messes!
Use this easy honey dijon vinaigrette on your favorite salad, I normally enjoy this homemade dressing on a salad with mixed lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and purple onions, and it makes for the best salad.
